How booking works
- 1Book onlineChoose who it's for, the appointment type, then a day and time. Pick the soonest slot or a specific doctor.
- 2We hold your timeSelecting a time holds it for 10 minutes so you can finish without rushing or losing the slot.
- 3Verify it's youWe email a 6-digit code to confirm your details and keep everyone's information private.
- 4Complete your formNew patients fill out a short intake form before the visit so we're ready for you on the day.
What to bring
- Your Medicare card
- Photo ID (licence or passport)
- Any referrals, scans or test results
- A list of current medications
- Concession or DVA card, if you have one
Your first visit
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can confirm your details. Your first appointment is usually a little longer so your doctor can get to know you.
Every consultation here is bulk billed — with a valid Medicare card, there's nothing to pay. See fees & billing
